Ingredients 

● Gluten-free pasta

● Shrimps

● Cashews

● Tomatoes

● Basil

● Garlic

● Red pepper

Method

● The first and foremost method is of course to boil your pasta in a pan with a pinch of salt and some oil.

● Once it boils, strain the pasta and set aside it in some oil so it doesn’t stick.

● Take a pan and add some oil in it. Sauté the garlic until it’s light brown.

● Now add the shrimp and cook them on medium to low heat. Cook until the shrimps are slightly pink in colour.

● Now add some red chilli flakes along with the bell peppers and salted them completely.

● Now make the tomato sauce.

● In the pan, add some tomatoes. Add some water with salt and red chilli flakes.

● Cook until tomatoes are soft. Mash them and make it into a sauce like consistency.

● Blend your cashew nuts with some water and salt and black pepper.

● Add the cashew cream into the tomato sauce.

● Add the pasta along with the shrimp.

● Mix them all together and garnish with basil leaves. 

Now there are some key points that you should not at every cost. Cook your shrimp really well. To know if shrimps are cooked or not the trick lies in their colour and texture. Once on heat it takes two minutes per side for the shrimps to cook. Once cooked, the shrimp will become rubbery.

But if your shrimps are larger in size then keep an eye on them if they get slightly pink and curled it means the shrimps are cooked. 

The cashew cream sauce is used to give the pasta rich and slightly tangy flavour. Lastly, the tomato sauce gives the pasta rich flavour. It is added so your pasta does not feel dried out.
