No, tell me you love chocolate caramel. Because who does not. There are many simple methods and today we are going to share one with you which requires little time extra food for your cravings.
Lets make vegan caramel snacks with the goodness of sea salt and chocolate.
Ingredients
● Maple syrup
● Butter
● Tahini
Method
Just like normal caramel chocolate these vegan caramels are also prepared with the same method. The only difference lies in the sugar. In normal caramel you used caramelise sugar then spread it onto the tray and cut it in white sized squared pieces. Then these species are covered in chocolate. This is how you get your normal caramelised bite sized snack snacks.
But we are trying the weekend snack together. So the ingredients and method are likely different from the regular ones.
First take a pan, put some maple syrup and butter in it until it gets caramelised. Add some vanilla extract and sea salt. This combination is heavenly in the caramelised chocolate. Now it’s time to add the tahini. Which will have a caramelisation of the sources and the sauce will get some mineral rich ingredients too.
Now put the mixture once it gets to desired consistency, on the butter paper. Set it in the freezer to get frozen. Cut it into pieces after that of your desired length and width.
You can eat these just like they are, but if you want some more extra rich quantity then you can use chocolate to cover it up.
Once you put the caramel in the freezer. Keep on checking its consistency. Because you want to reach the exact consistency of caramel. Also, it should be sliceable.
Normal caramels are a bit hard but because we have not used sugar in it, these will not get harder instead you will get soft, bendable consistency.
You can store them in the freezer or you can eat it right away. These turn out so delicious that you can’t even tell that there is no sugar in it. Because the ingredients alternative to sugar can make the best caramelised chocolate bites.
