● Apple

Method
The main step is the segmentation of oranges. It might sound hard but making segments of orange is a great skill. Once you master it you easily do it. They also see less oranges which do not require anything pending.
Basically in segments you remove the seeds and membranes of oranges which then give you maximum sweet taste.
For segmenting cut and orange and peel it completely. Hold the orange and make segments by cutting between membranes. Now that you cut it, make it into simple cubes.
Now take a kiwi and peel it completely. Slice it then divide into 4 parts. It is upto you to cut in small pieces or keep the pieces larger together.
Put these in the bowl with the oranges. Similarly cut and slice an apple into small cubes. Or you can just cut it in smaller pieces. Mix the apples with other fruits. Drizzle some honey on top. For extra nourishment. Mix thoroughly.
